TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All deposits are non-refundable. 2. Durham Star Limo Service is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible to make up lost time and mutually agreed date. 3. Not responsible for delays or trip termination due to weather or unsafe road conditions. 4. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member their party. 5. A $200.00 will be charged as a sanitation fee if needed. 6. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the client 7. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of client(s). 8. Not responsible for delays or trip termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions e.g. not salted or accidents. 9. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 10. Balance to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 11. Vehicle can not be loaded beyond vehicle seating capacity. 12. Any cancellation within 48 hours, there will be a $250.00 charge onto your credit card, 14 days prior, there will be the full amount that was agreed on charged on your credit card. The customer agrees not to hold the company liable in any way for failure to provide the vehicle contracted for (the original vehicle) in the event that the said vehicle is not available due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company, including, but limited to, mechanical breakdown, accident, (other). In the event that the company got prevented from providing the original vehicle to the customer for any of the reasons set out in clause. Herein, the company undertakes to provide the customer with a replacement vehicle in the same class as the original vehicle, provided that always such replacement is available. In the event that a replacement vehicle in the same class is not available the company undertakes to provide a high quality vehicle in a different class and to reimburse the customer for the difference in the rates payable, if any, between the class in the original vehicle and the class of the replacement vehicle.
